Each year airlines from all over the world spend over USD 56 billion on aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO). The market keeps growing and is expected to reach USD 76 billion as early as by the end of 2023. The two key factors driving such rapid development are the consistently increasing number of new aircraft and the ceaseless industry quest for maintaining aviation safety.
Yes, that’s what it’s all about - safety. Carrying hundreds of millions of passengers each year, airlines are obliged to ensure maximum safety and reliability of their aircraft. In order to do so, each aircraft is being thoroughly examined prior to and after each flight as well as serviced and repaired in between.
And that is where an aviation mechanic (it may well soon be you!) steps in. Various aircraft maintenance specialists, including mechanics, technicians and engineers, provide diverse day-to-day and ad hoc technical support and maintenance services both in large technologically sophisticated MRO hangars and at remote technical stations located in numerous airports around the globe.
There are few professions which make you a truly universal specialist. The USA, China, Russia, Brazil, Germany – you name it – aviation technicians are in demand, highly respected and generously rewarded everywhere. Forget about any geographical or career limitations!

Our Basic Training programs are specifically designed to provide all the knowledge and skills required to become a qualified aircraft technician. Our students are not required to have any substantial previous technical qualifications or experience since they receive all required training from scratch. And when we say ‘from scratch’, we mean it. Here is a list of some of the modules studied during the course:
All the students who successfully complete their studies at our training centre will be provided with an opportunity to work at FL Technics, a global provider of aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul solutions. The company operates its own 21 700 sq. m. fully equipped hangars and shops with additional 16 000 sq. m. hangars under construction, supplemented by an extensive network of Line Maintenance stations across Europe, the CIS and Asia Pacific. With representative offices in Lithuania, Poland, the United Kingdom, Italy, Malaysia and the Russian Federation, FL Technics is always open to specialists whose personal qualities, academic achievements and professional skills will support the future achievements of the entire team.
Though we consider aviation more as a passion than just a simple job, still it is still a highly technological and sophisticated industry which requires a lot of resources and knowledge. Moreover, unlike many High Schools, our training organization provides both theoretical knowledge and extensive practical training on real aircraft, conducted at FL Technics’ own EASA-certified hangars and workshops. For these reasons, our students are asked to pay tuition which would cover the provision of probably the best aircraft maintenance training course in the entire region.
